  19. I've seen this anomaly occur when you're running your Courier off of
  20. an enhanced serial port card, such as Multi-Tech's ISI-551 board. The
  21. Multi-Tech card has a big buffer which may be the glitch.  Try flashing 
  22. it from a conventional serial port.
